I use this teriyaki sauce for a an easy veggie stir fry. If you look at the ingredients in bottled teriyaki sauce you’ll see most have HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP as the main ingredient. I combined and modified several recipes to make this bitchin’ sauce and now I’ll never buy the bottled kind again! For non-vegans, this also goes well on salmon or chicken.
1/4 Cup low-sodium soy sauce 1 Cup water 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 2 tsp crushed garlic 1/4 Cup packed brown sugar 1 TB cornstarch 1/8 tsp sesame oil Dash of rice vinegar Pinch of salt
